Using the Addendum Preview Tool

The Addendum preview tool was designed for admin users of the Playroll Employer platform to help mitigate against errors to ensure precision and compliance when managing employee contractual agreements. 

A seamless contract generation process

Employee contracts are generated natively within the Playroll platform, to deliver a flawless user experience. When inputting unique contract terms such as gross salary, leave days, and benefits, employee addendums are automatically generated to comply with country-specific legislation and regulations. Once the addendum is generated, admin users have the opportunity to review and approve any modifications or updates to employment terms before circulating contracts to authorised signatories for signature. It also allows managers to rectify any omissions, eliminating the need for multiple rounds of revisions and ultimately streamlining the entire process.

💡 Tip: When in preview mode, click the close prompt in the top right hand corner to make amendments to contract terms
