Playroll is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead one of our core product domains and help shape the future of our B2B platform. You’ll work closely with the Director of Product and partner across engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver products that create real business impact.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning the full product lifecycle - from discovery and strategy through launch and iteration. You’ll balance big-picture thinking with executional detail, using customer insights, technical understanding, and business context to build scalable solutions in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do
- Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitor analysis to uncover user pain points, market opportunities, and strategic product insights.
- Translate business goals and customer needs into detailed product requirements, specifications, and actionable user stories for engineering teams.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements by balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, business value, and delivery timelines across multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure smooth execution, quality delivery, and continuous iteration.
- Partner with operations, sales, and marketing teams to refine product positioning, improve workflows, and support successful go-to-market execution.
- Monitor product performance using customer feedback, usage insights, and measurable outcomes to drive continuous product improvements and optimization.
- Lead product roadmap planning and execution across discovery, development, launch, and post-release growth initiatives within your product domain.
- Advocate for the product internally and externally by championing user value, improving workflows, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience within fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environments, delivering impactful and scalable software products.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational challenges, commercial priorities, and customer needs across multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex software products throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through launch and iteration.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer success in collaborative environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with confidence making data-informed decisions in fast-moving and evolving business contexts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, priorities, and requirements to diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum development methodologies and software architecture concepts to bridge business and technical requirements effectively.
- Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution while maintaining strong attention to detail and customer-focused decision making.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly and adaptability is essential for success.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience working within modern product-led technology organizations.
