⚙️ How It Works

Head to Contracts → Expenses → + Expenses, and follow the guided steps. Your downloadable Excel template comes pre-configured with validation rules — ensuring your data is accurate from the start.

We’ve rebuilt the Teams feature to give clients more powerful, intuitive controls over team structures, visibility, and billing. Previously, Teams lacked sophistication for larger organizations. With this upgrade, every employee and company account user will now always belong to a team, removing gaps and making access permissions crystal clear.

What has changed?

• Granular visibility controls: Company users (admins, approvers, managers, read-only) can now be restricted to specific teams or granted visibility across all teams.
• Billing per team: Clients can assign billing contacts at the team level, ensuring invoices reach the right person every time.
• Multiple authorized signatories: Add one or more signatories per team for compliance and streamlined addendum approvals.
• ‍Default team on setup: Every new company now starts with a default team, eliminating ambiguity and ensuring structure from day one.

How to get started:

1. Navigate to the Teams tab in the platform.
2. Create or edit teams using the “+ New Team” button.
3. Assign employees, company users, billing contacts, and authorized signatories as needed.
4. When adding new employees, simply select their team from the drop-down list.
