Minimum expectations:

• A completed university degree or equivalent demonstrated experience that shows you can think and execute at a high level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. You articulate ideas clearly and can explain complex things simply.
• The ability to think independently and execute effectively. You don't need hand-holding, and you bias toward action.
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn quickly. You know what you don't know and you're eager to fill the gaps.
• Genuine interest in reshaping global work. You're not just looking for a job; you believe in the mission.

• You've worked at a startup scaling from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10+. You understand what it takes to build something from nothing and iterate fast.
• You've shipped in regulated environments. You've dealt with compliance, licensing, or legal constraints and know how to move fast without breaking.
• You care about how work actually gets done. You've identified inefficiencies and built systems or tools to fix them.
• You've contributed to open source or shipped side projects. You build things because you care, not because you're told to.
• You've worked across borders or managed international teams. You understand the friction points Playroll solves.
• You can articulate a clear vision. You can talk compellingly about where global work is headed and why it matters.
• You've written something that made your team's life measurably easier. You optimize for impact, not  output.
